I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Please check with your insurance provider for RP coverage.
The fee is $140 for a 50 minute session. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to decide if we are a good fit to work together.
At this time, I only work with individuals aged 13 and older. I can offer a referral to another professional if needed.

All information disclosed throughout the counselling sessions will remain confidential. No information will be released without your written consent.
If you are unable to attend your counselling session, 24 hours' notice is required. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before, or clients who do not show up for their appointment will be billed at the full cost.
Given the nature of therapy there is no guarantee of any particular outcome. However, measures will be taken to assist with experiencing the benefits counselling has to offer. You are encouraged to discuss any questions or concerns with your therapist throughout the counselling process.
